As we prepare for the cooler months ahead, we start to exchange our summer wardrobe for the warmth of sweaters and scarves, and we begin to take inventory of what’s needed to keep our homes filled with the comfort of warmth and coziness during this time of the year. Autumn is here to remind us that change can be a bit scary but also a beautiful experience. This harvest season we gathered an abundance of herbs and flowers from our garden and created the Harvest Floral Smudgestick . This botanical offering will inspire you during your practice to honor the areas in your life where you bloomed during the warmer season; however, if you feel stagnant or negative energies have held you back from showing up for yourself, light this tool and remember in order to grow we must release what has temporarily stopped our growth.
